About Valencia's Westridge Home Communities and TPC Championship Golf Course...

The village of Westridge in Valencia has been designed to integrate an enormous amount of open space. It will be interlaced with a Tournament Players Club championship golf course, TPC at Valencia, and an approximately 27,000 square foot Golf Clubhouse. In addition, the southern portion contains a 150-acre natural Oak Preserve that has been dedicated to a conservator for preservation in perpetuity. Westridge will also include two Recreational Areas.
